Building the Talent of Tomorrow's Lab Science Industry
The lab science sector is knowledge-intensive and research-driven. Toolpoint supports professional development across the entire education chain — because well-trained specialists benefit every organisation in the cluster.
ABOUT THIS SERVICE
Education at the Heart of the Association
The lab science industry is particularly knowledgeable and research intensive. That is why Toolpoint is involved along the entire education chain — from apprenticeships and bachelor programmes to executive-level further training.
Well-trained professionals do not just benefit the individual company — they raise the standard of the entire cluster. Through talks, workshops, and custom training modules, Toolpoint creates shared knowledge that strengthens the whole ecosystem.
Toolpoint After Work Talk
Three to five times per year, Toolpoint invites external speakers from customers, universities, network partners and technology stakeholders to present on current topics relevant to the lab science industry.
-

3 to 5 events per year, spread across the calendar to keep the community engaged throughout the year. -

Events are hosted at member company premises or at an appropriate external venue. At least one event per year takes place in Western Switzerland. -
Speakers
External speakers drawn from customer organisations, universities, network partners and other technology stakeholders — providing a truly independent and current perspective.
-
Format
Each event concludes with an informal networking aperitif — creating the conditions for organic conversation and relationship building that extend well beyond the formal programme. -
